The programme is delivered at our fully equipped kitchen based at our Winwick Road campus.You will cover aspects of;Food safetyHealth and safety in cateringThe nature of cooking methodsPreparing and cooking a range of different foods.These qualifications are assessed by your tutors using assignments and practical tasks. For these qualifications you will complete practical demonstrations; synoptic exams; and assignments and take a number of multiple choice examination questions.
