The programme is a full time course delivered over a minimum of 3 days; this will increase as your time in the workplace develops. Maths and English is a core focus; you will also gain IT skills needed at college and work as well as studying in your chosen specialist area. You will learn valuable and practical skills in teamwork; problem solving; managing yourself and your time; leadership; taking responsibility; personal presentation and business and retail studies. This will give you the opportunity to build your confidence and your skills with all the support you need in order to progress; providing the vital skills needed for both college and future employment. You will gain qualifications in Maths and English and a BTEC in Vocational Studies.
