The Programmes consist of the following: Technical (Knowledge and Understanding) and Competence (Skills)      Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service     Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service  Broader transferable skills and behaviours      Functional Skills English and Maths Level 1 and 2     Employment Rights & Responsibilities (ERR)     Personal Learning & Thinking Skills (PLTS) -embedded skills within the programme  Level 2 Intermediate level - Themes of learning and assessment :      Deliver customer service     Manage personal performance and development     Principles of customer service     Understand customers     Understand employer performance and development     Communicate with customers  Level 3 Advanced level -Themes of learning and assessment :       Manage personal and professional development     Organise and deliver customer service     Resolve customers' problems     Principles of business     Understand customers and customer retention     Understand the customer service environment  On the Job learning - your employer will lead on your training, mentoring and shadowing to enable you to develop and apply your practical skills in the context of your work role. You will meet with an ncn Trainer/Assessor regularly who will offer support and check on your progress.  Off the job learning will be conducted either in the workplace with your Trainer/Assessor at college to develop your technical knowledge and skills development.
