The course will provide you with an excellent knowledge of areas needed for a career in the travel industry.  Over the 2 years, you will study a range of different units, all aimed at equipping you with the vital skills that employers are searching for.  Units you will study include:  - Tourist destinations - Customer service  - Retail travel  - Event management  - Holiday representatives  - Cruise - Visitor attractions  The course also includes a residential trip.   ncn works in partnership with Capital FM Arena to ensure that you gain real work experience in areas such as catering, crewing, event set-up, event management and front of house hospitality.
