This course is the first step that you will take to work in the public services sector. Providing a sound basis for you to progress onto further training within this area. You will be studying three core units and three specialist units to get you up to speed. Taking you through the basics in order to fully understand and learn the skills you will need on a daily basis in public services the course includes the following units; Uniformed public services employment Public service skills Public service fitness. You will also study three specialist units including; Land navigation Outdoor activities Volunteering. All units are designed to give you a taster of the industry in order for you to progress in your chosen role.
