Appreciating Literature Level 2

UPDATED 20170124 15:33:44

This course is a celebration of literature. The course examines some of literature's greatest writers and their impact on the novel, poetry and the creation of characters. Included also is some autobiographical detail of selected writers, how close engagement with the text enhances our reading pleasure and how writers employ certain literary techniques to captivate and engage the reader. A useful course for those looking to enrol onto our Access to Higher Education course in September. There will be an opportunity to complete work leading to accreditation over the duration of the course.
