It will be informal and friendly. This course is for anyone who has an interest in vegetarian cooking and wish to gain a new skill. You don’t have to be a vegetarian to do the course. You will be introduced to a variety of general information on vegetarian cooking principles ie techniques, flavours, equipment, recipes and nutrition etc
