Managing Grievance and Disciplinary Issues

UPDATED 20170113 13:19:46

Most managers (and employees) have some awareness of what constitutes a disciplinary offence and whilst "gross misconduct", "breach of trust and confidence" and "dismissal" are often heard, do you have the confidence to tackle either a disciplinary or grievance issue and stay the right side of the law? Perhaps you have done them in the past but would like a refresher? This course is designed as a practical guide to help delegates navigate their way through these processes to a successful outcome. Getting Grievance and Disciplinary processes wrong can be a costly affair but the procedure and legal framework is not necessarily difficult once you know how!
