Crown Vocational Training offer Traineeships orientated towards the workplace and give valuable work experience. A range of work-experience opportunities are available from offices, estate/letting agencies to shops and restaurants, some trades and warehouse. This programme runs from 14-20 weeks with 1-2 days in college and 3-4 days in the workplace. The aim is to move into an apprenticeship either with the placement provider or an alternative employer. It is suitable for 16-18 year olds who have sound skills and a good work-ethic but lack the work experience necessary to start an apprenticeship or who are undecided about the type of apprenticeship they would like to undertake.
