Getting a Good Night's Sleep

This course is suitable for anyone who has had difficulty sleeping.This course consists of a half day workshop, looking at: How sleep works and how it is most beneficial to us. What can affect our sleep patterns. How we can reduce the impact of those stimuli. What else we can do to improve our sleep. An opportunity to learn from each other about what has and has not worked.
