This qualification is suitable for individuals who are interested in continuing knowledge and development within management. The qualification would be relevant for individuals who work within senior management roles and have may have previously completed Management Level 3. This qualification is made up of four core mandatory units and two optional, enabling individuals to select areas of development most suitable to the role and development needs.
