This course is FREE to eligible job seekers - please come along to the Job Club any Thursday between 9:30am and 3:30pm for more information. The cost for those who are not entitled to free learning is £75.The qualification is suitable for those who have little or no experience or training in customer service, and so are likely to want a short introductory course to help them better understand the sector in order to support their career choices. Develop occupational knowledge and skills in communicating with customers and dealing with customers' queries and problems. It also develops knowledge and skills that support employability and career progression. This includes how to manage personal performance and development, and how to apply for jobs. Achievement of this qualification prepares you for employment in the customer service sector.
