This qualification is suitable for individuals who are interested in developing knowledge and skills within customer service and who may have previously completed an Advanced Apprenticeship in Customer Service. Individuals who occupy senior roles in customer facing roles/ telephones services would suit this role. This qualification is made up of six core mandatory units and two optional, enabling individuals to select areas of development most suitable to the role and development needs.
