This course is aimed at developing the communication skills of anyone who wants to ensure they communicate both positively and with impact. The Customer Focused Communication Skills course is a one day event that will introduce all delegates to the concept of communicating at a conscious level. This course will be participative with numerous group exercises to illustrate learning points and allow you to practice your new skills.
