As an Apprentice you really do get the best of both worlds; you will earn a salary and gain real experience in the workplace with your employer as well as working towards nationally recognised qualifications. Apprenticeships are suitable for well-motivated people who are focused and know which career path they want to follow. They offer high quality work-based training as an alternative to full time study. This programme is aimed at people who are employed, or are seeking employment. You will need to be 16 years of age or over. We offer Apprenticeships in Customer Service at level 2 and level 3. * Employment should be for a minimum of 30 hours per week, with training in the workplace * Assessor visits in the workplace every 3 - 4 weeks * Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service * Employment Rights and Responsibilities * Functional skills in level 1 English and maths. The Apprenticeship covers a variety of units to show practical performance and knowledge. These include; * Deliver customer service * Understand customer service * Principles of customer service * Understand employer organisations * Managing personal programme development
