Extend your knowledge and experience by cooking a wide selection of curries. We will of course be making all of our curries by mixing individual spices and working with pulses chicken and a range of fresh vegetables. You will need an apron and various sized containers to take your delicious food home. You may also be asked to provide your National Insurance number so please bring it with you. Enrol on another cookery course.
