Do you want to boost your mood or to cope with stress, anxiety or depression? This course is designed to help improve your overall emotional and physical wellbeing and is progression from our Confidence Building course. The aim of the course is to introduce a number of relaxation and stress busting techniques to help promote a feeling of wellbeing. These will include massage techniques, aromatherapy, breathing techniques. Take time out for yourself and help improve your quality of life. Please bring your National Insurance number enrol on another course such as aromatherapy gifts.
