This course is designed to point you in the right direction to achieve quality employment in the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force or Royal Marines.You will be expected to demonstrate a high degree of personal responsibility and motivation throughout this course to a standard expected of military personnel. You will develop your leadership skills and learn to take the initiative and become more proactive in how you manage your work. You will be expected to wear a uniform throughout the course and will be expected to maintain it to a high standard. Military standards of attendance and punctuality are expected. You will be tutored by ex-military personnel who have a wide range of experience, and who will expect a lot of you.You will be expected to take up the opportunity to undertake work experience and/or residential experiences (up to 5 days) across all four services while you are on the course.
