This course is designed to provide practising or aspiring team leaders with the foundation for their formal development within this role. It provides both knowledge and team leading skills. The course has two primary objectives - to assist participants in gaining the basic knowledge required by a team leader and to develop basic team leading skills.The course is highly practical and covers the following: -Developing yourself as a Team Leader -Improving performance of the work team -Planning & Maintaining the work team
