GCE A Level in Health and Social Care

UPDATED 20170109 12:11:57

This is a coursework module where students use contemporary media technologies to produce a portfolio through a combination of two or more media and then present their research, planning and evaluation in two or more forms e.g. a short film lasting approx. five minutes together with two of the following three options : a poster for the film, a radio trailer for the film, a film magazine review page featuring the film. Research, planning and evaluation do not have to be written - they can take the form of a podcast, a Powerpoint presentation, a blog or website or even a DVD extras format. There are a wide variety of briefs covering different combinations of media products and technologies.
