Learners will study Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Maths within a suite of units that include : Principles and Applications of Science, Practical Scientific Procedures and Techniques, Science Investigation Skills, Laboratory Techniques and their Application. There will also be a number of subject specific units relating to the sciences mentioned above. There will be 4 externally assessed units (exams) over the two years of the course. The remainder will be assessed internally by a variety of methods that may include practicals, essays or presentations.
