The course includes the level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service. You must achieve 55 credits, 31 from the mandatory units covering the following topics. Organise and deliver customer service, understand the customer service environment, understand customers and customer relations, principles of business, manage personal and professional development and resolve customer problems. You will also cover Functional Skills in English and maths.
