The course contains units of both a practical and theoretical nature including Fitness Testing and Training, Practical Sport and Anatomy and Physiology. This programme will enhance the learner's opportunity to gain employment within the sport and active leisure industry. You will also be required to study Functional Skills in English and maths where applicable.
