The course will offer you skills in computer hardware, software, networking and security as well as improving communication skills and learning about the IT industry, you will also learn about how IT Support is provided. If you do well you will be able to gain the OCR Cambridge technicals diploma in ICT. When you are not attending training for your IT skills in college, we would encourage you to have a part time job which would have to fit around your college timetable. The skills you learn in this adult working environment, such as relating well to your colleagues, dealing with the public, punctuality and responsibility, will all be essential when you start your full time career in the workplace.
