Hatha Yoga For All are comprehensive classes that offer an introduction to, or continued study of, all approaches to yoga. Sessions will include Pranayama (breathing exercises), Asanas (postures) and Meditation. Hatha Yoga is easily adapted to suit all levels of ability. Regular practise of Yoga will bring you improved flexibility, concentration, balance and energy levels and help you to achieve a calmer persona. A College Certificate will be awarded upon request.All students will be expected to participate after suitable demonstration and instruction from the tutor.Students will continue to develop their yoga practise and ability.

You will need to bring a non-slip mat, a blanket to keep warm during relaxation and a water bottle. Please wear loose clothing and do not eat within 2 hours of the class. Please check with your G.P. if it is alright for you to do yoga if you have any serious health problems.
