This course will allow you to learn how to: - manipulate the images; - use the Colour Balance Adjustment Layer to improve colour in a specific area; - use Paths effectively with an image or text; - use the Pen Tool to create shapes; - create an Oval selection; - use a Quick Mask selection accurately; - create a Wedding Portfolio layout; - add Style patterns to texts; - create transparent text; - create a 'collage' of graphics; - use the Equalize command to add depth and shadows to an image; - enhance a graphic with the Curves command to create shadows. The tutor will also include your personal requests with regard to learning any aspect of Adobe Photoshop. A college certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.The course will be taught by demonstration using the data projector and one to one coaching. Extra tuition will be given where needed. The course is mainly hands on learning.Students can progress to vocational photography courses, or other leisure courses offered at Eastleigh College.
