The course will cover skills in:- - Drop line work - Scrolls - Run-outs - Pressure piping - Sugar paste The class will cover royal icing and sugar paste skills which will be used to make different cake projects. A college certificate will be awarded on request.Students will learn by practical application and demonstrations by the tutor.Eastleigh College offer other cake decorating and baking courses. Materials will be discussed with students at the first lesson.
