Social Media for Business - Twitter and Facebook (Beginners)

This course is suitable for those students who have no previous experience of social media and assumes that you currently do not have a Facebook or Twitter account, or that you do not know how to use them. Starting from the very beginning, it gives students an understanding of how to use social media to build a network of followers and develop your online business presence. Topics include how to set up a Facebook and Twitter account, how to manage them and avoid some of the most common pitfalls. A College Certificate will be awarded upon request after successful completion of the course.You will learn through demonstrations, discussions and practical tasks.Students on the Beginners course are encouraged to continue on to the Improvers course.
