Learners will gain skills that will enable them to become an 'Effective Early Years Practitioner'. These include: child development , How to plan to meet a child's needs , The EYFS, Safeguarding, Health & Safety , Equality & Diversity & Partnership working. The qualification achieved at the end is a Level 3 Early Years Educator (But you will need to hold GCSE Maths and English A-C to obtain the full licence to practice).During the course you will be allocated an assessor who will assess the work of the learner using different assessment methods such as: observation, questioning, witness testimony, product evidence and professional discussion. This course will be delivered in the workplace through tutorials and practical assessments.
