Intermediate Apprenticeship in Playwork (CACHE) Level 2

This is an introduction to the primary aspects of working with children & Young people in a play environment. This course provides learners with an understanding of the importance of play & Play work in children & young peoples lives. Learners will cover subject areas such as , Play-work Principles, Importance of play, Health & safety, Safeguarding & working as part of a team.In the workplace under the guidance of senior staff & the assessor Breakfast/After school club assistant or Holiday club assistant. There is also a Level 3 apprenticeship in Playwork which learners could partake in once completing this level 2 course.
