What will I be learning? Traditional Italian dishes including gnocchi, pasta and pasta sauces, desserts, soups and pizza. Who is the course for? Anyone who is interested in cooking. What do I need to bring? Every week you will need to bring- An apron, tea towel, dish cloth and suitable containers to take your dishes home in. You should also provide your own cling film and tin foil. The recipes will be given to you the week previous to the class and all recipes will be available online.
