Media Studies A Level L3 1719

UPDATED 20170105 14:31:22

The media is all round us and is changing every day. Many of us are not aware of the amount of media that we consume on a day-to-day basis or the power that it exerts over us. This course studies a range of media to analyse the ways in which it is constructed and how, as audiences, we are positioned by information we receive. NB: This course is mostly theoretical and there is a focus on analytical essay writing. There is some practical element within the coursework.
