Simply Sugarflowers For Summer

This course is ideal for those with some experience of Sugarcraft and using flower paste who wish to develop their knowledge and skills further in making sugar flowers. In this course we will be making a selection of Summer flowers from the following list  Poppy Buttercups Daisy Oaks Foxglove Cosmos Agapanthus Dahlia Moth Orchid Sweet Peas Rosemary Hibiscus Cowslips Eucalyptus Gardenia. You will learn how to make a selection of sugar flowers and leaves using wires, cutters, Mexican hat method and veiners. How to pre colour flower paste and to apply dust using edible petal dust to create depth to enhance your flowers and foliage. Learn to tape up and assemble each flower and leaf stem, step by step and arrange in a suitable display vessel.
