Administration and IT workshop (levels 1 - 3)

Study for an administration qualification at level 1, 2 or 3. This course is suitable for learners who would like to pursue a career in office administration. You will study at a level appropriate to you and the level of your qualification will determine the units you study. Level 1 and 2 are ideal for those who have been out of the workplace for some time and would like to learn office skills and gain the confidence to go back to work. Learners do not need to have any previous experience of administration skills but you will need to have some experience of using a computer. You will learn how to produce professional documents such as letters, reports and leaflets, how to use a variety of office equipment and how to deal with customers. You will also produce a professional CV and learn how to source Admin jobs and prepare for a job interview. At Level 3 you will learn how to produce more complex business documents and reports, how to organise and run business meetings and organising and managing events.
