Breadmaking Made Easy

This workshop is ideal for those who have always wanted to make their own Bread but have always thought it was too technical.  The tutor will disperse any confusion you may have and has a unique method of making bread. During the day you will learn about the importance of certain flours to use, understand how yeast works, know how to prepare a yeast liquid with the correct temperature for yeast to work, you will have the opportunity to develop your creative flair and develop your artistic style in using Bread dough to shape various Dinner Rolls. You will learn how to make Sour dough, Yeasted dough, Savoury Twizzlers, Fruit bread, Chelsea Buns. At the end of the workshop you will have the knowledge and confidence to produce a variety of bread products.
