This introductory NCFE course will develop your knowledge and understanding of working as part of a cabin crew who help to make the customer journey the best experience. Learn customer service and selling skills and understand the UK and worldwide destinations. You will work towards the NCFE Level 2 Certificate Introduction to Cabin Crew. Over a 16 week period normally 3 days a week you will study six subjects ranging from Airline Health Safety and Security Dealing with passengers Emergency Evacuations and Selling Skills. Fees indicated are based on the current year (August 2015 to July 2016) and are subject to change next year. However depending on your circumstances you may be exempt from paying fees please check with our cashiers department.
