Like a recipe for making a delicious meal, we need to use all the ingredients, and if we follow the recipe well the results are exquisite. During this introduction to Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga you will experience Asana’s or postures, breathing techniques, mantras, meditation and explore the Chakra system. The class will be challenging but suitable for beginners.
