Watercolour Painting & Mixed Media

This course will focus on developing a bold painting through direct observation using expressive techniques with mixed media including soft pastels, charcoal, ink and watercolour.You will learn to distinguish the use of tone, colour, composition through practice, discussion and demonstration. Learners will gain experience using watercolour and mixed materials and review their work through group discussion and one to one support. The overall aim is to develop confidence in using the techniques and methods of working with this fascinating subject
