Photography - Portraiture and Studio Lighting

UPDATED 20161231 16:36:46

For this course you will need to have a D-SLR camera and be confident using it on a manual setting mode. We shall explore different ways of posing subjects both individually and in groups. The exciting part of this course will be learning how to light subjects for optimum effect and you will learn how to create an effective image by use of lighting techniques, learning how to set up a studio environment with independent lighting. You will also (weather and light permitting) have the opportunity to spend one or two sessions outside where you will learn to use the environment to your advantage. By the end of the course you will have acquired the skills to be confident when posing subjects and when using lighting as a tool to enhance your images.
