This is a combined qualification incorporating competency and knowledge, functional skills in English, Mathematics at Level 2 complete the framework, Employers Rights and Responsibilities and Personal Listening and Thinking Skills are embedded. All of our Apprenticeships are delivered 100% in the workplace, we will attend your location on a monthly basis to meet with your Apprentices, this will include on the job assessments and off the job training in accordance with the assessment plan. We use Smart Assessor e-portfolio to which the learner and employers have access to monitor your apprentices progress. Evidence can be in the form of audio recordings, videos, and photos and in some cases paper based evidence. We provide one to one Assessor contact to support the learner through their Apprenticeship and work closely with the employer to provide individual support and advice on how to support their apprentice; by working closely with all stakeholders we ensure we deliver high quality Apprenticeships.
