Hampshire Traineeship Plus

The Hampshire Traineeship Plus programme is for young people aged 16 to 24 years with a minimum grade D GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English It offers experience in the working world so the move into employment isn't as daunting. You will also receive support with English and Maths through engaging and interesting activities related to the workplace. You will also develop employability skills and work towards a Level 1 Award in Employability Skills. This qualification has been developed in partnership with Reed Employment Agency. You will need to have an interview and assessment to make sure this programme is right for you and to determine which level to undertake; our staff will support you through that process What would I get?? An action-packed induction programme preparing you for the world of work, Dedicated members of staff to support you through the process, Valuable work experience with Hampshire County Council or a partner organisation, An opportunity to work towards qualifications, Improve your English and Maths through engaging and interesting activities, The chance to develop skills and experience that will make you more attractive to future employers, Support to plan your next steps following completion of the programme
