The aim of the course is to provide a good body awareness and better alignment allowing greater joint mobility and toned muscles. By the end of the course students should have improved flexibility strength and tone to upper and lower body a flatter stomach through correct muscle involvement lowered stress levels and fewer incidents of back problem
