About the Course:This course can form the second part of the accredited syllabus if you wish (one and a half modules). Learning will happen in a relaxed atmosphere with a small group of learners.The Library has books available to borrow to support this course.Aims of the CourseThis course aims to help you to start speaking Spanish in order to get more from your visit to a Spanish speaking country. You will learn and practice some of the language needed to deal with day-to-day situations such as getting to know others introducing yourself and ordering in a cafe and going shopping while gaining confidence in understanding what is being said to you. Learning Goals (by the end of the course you will be able to) Greet people and start a conversationUnderstand numbers and able to write telephone numbers and addresses when told verballyHold a basic conversation getting to know someone and talking about your life including family job and homeoccupation and interests.
