If you have always wanted to try art but not sure which media would suit you then this is your opportunity. Guided by our excellent teacher you can experiment with a variety of media and take home finished pieces of art work. Students will work as a group in pairs and individual practice demonstrations will also be provided. You will gain an introduction to a variety of media including pencil charcoal chalk pastels and acrylic paint.Subjects will include: landscape portrait still life architecture or your own personal project. As well as learning the media you will learn some fundamentals of drawing and painting such as: line tone proportion composition and basic colour theory. This course is suitable for beginners and those with some experience
