The OCR Cambridge Technicals Extended Certificate in Engineering is one of a new generation of vocational courses developed through the exam board OCR's links with the University of Cambridge. It is a demanding alternative to A Level Physics which could lead to success in securing an apprenticeship, direct employment in the engineering sector or a place to study an engineering-related degree course at university (if studied alongside Maths A Level).
