The course is for total beginners who are new to the language and who would like to develop confidence in the skills required to communicate at a basic level with German speakers. No previous knowledge is required. You will develop confidence and competence in the four skills of reading, writing, speaking and listening through a range of activities. The activities will be focused upon developing key functional language to be able to communicate more effectively with native speakers. You will learn through games, role plays, interacting with others, videos and listening, speaking and reading exercises. You will be continually given feedback on progress throughout the course and you will develop a portfolio of work. An ABC Entry Level 3 qualification There are a number of courses offered at levels 1,2 and 3. Your tutor will advise you of progression routes after successful completion of this course.
