This course is split into 2 units: A &, P for Exercise Level 2 and Gym-Based Exercise practical. During this course students will cover anatomy and physiology including: The heart &, circulatory system, respiratory system, structure and function of the skeleton, musculoskeletal system, postural and core stability and the nervous and energy systems and their relation to exercise. How to programme safe and effective exercise for a range of clients, and to communicate with clients effectively.
