This course will coverthe general principles of Customer Service, including: How to meet customer expectations. Dealing with customer queries, problems, and complaints effectively. The course is delivered in a fun and practical manner, by a trainer who has a wealth of experience in Customer Service in the private and public sector. A written test will be taken on the last day of the course, where you will require the ability to read and write English comprehensively. To sit an Initial Assessment writing exercise before you can join the course. To be able to commit to attend college. Possible employment in a customer facing role, progress to a Certificate in Customer Service.
