Target group: learners with intermediate verbal communication and literacy skills in English wanting to improve those skills in order to enter employment or education or progress in the existing employment or education as well as improve their communication skills for everyday life situations. On this course learners will: practise asking and answering questions to give and ask for complex opinion in both formal and informal discussions ; practise reading to obtain complex information or follow complex instructions; practise writing messages, emails or notes to provide complex information or instructions and describe complex situations.
