Course summary - Cooking - Simply BakeThis is a friendly relaxed and informative 5 week course where I will share with you my enthusiasm for traditional basic baking! Inspired by traditional British baking the dishes are easy to make with simple techniques and easy to find ingredients.Some of the dishes we will be cooking are: Fruit & Cheese Scones Cupcakes & Cookies Muffins and pastry dishes including pies savoury quiches & tarts all family favourites and far tastier than shop bought items! What experience or skills do I need to join this course?No Formal Qualifications are Required What is the course about?This is an introduction to basic cookery where you will Learn traditional cooking techniques; demonstrate awareness of metric measurement show good organisational skills become more confident in own ability be aware of healthy eating options and food safety practices and experiment with new dishes & ingredients.
